The sensor contains four PVDF films and a PDMS bump. Mathematical model of the tactile sensor was built. And feasibility of the structure was analyzed by finite element simulation and experiment. Results showed that the tactile sensor can measure three-dimensional force of x-axis, y-axis and z-axis simultaneously. Through tests, the sensitivity of z-axis, x-axis and y-axis are obtained, (0.436 ± 0.019) V/N, (0.206 ± 0.019) V/N, (0.277 ± 0.019) V/N respectively.
