The patient gave the history that the lesions first appeared over her limbs and then, gradually spread to her whole body without affecting mucous membranes and new lesions kept on appearing, whereas older lesions gradually increased in size over a period of last 3 months. 摘要

一名15岁的女儿童，5个月前被诊断为HIV血清阳性，在皮肤科的OPD就诊，过去3个月，她的四肢、面部和躯干分布着多个大小不等的强烈瘙痒的卵圆形丘疹结节病变。患者自述病变先出现于四肢，后逐渐扩散至全身，未累及粘膜，新病变不断出现，老病变在近3个月内逐渐增大。对结节进行切开皮肤活检，吉氏染色印迹涂片显示如下图所示，患者开始接受适当治疗。
