Different solid-phase extraction methods, solid-phase extraction based on novel materials, QuEChERS and other advanced pretreatment methods are discussed, and the characteristics and development of liquid chromatography, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and capillary electrophoresis are reviewed.
