Benefit of ultrasound for bowel endometriosis, especially for rectum and rectosigmoid colon have been reported, however MRI directed ultrasound, particularly for the lesions which demonstrate indeterminate depth of wall invasion and multifocal bowel involvement hasn't been reported.
