Thus, validated measures, in the form of self-reported questionnaires (<em>n</em> <!-->=<!--> <!-->211), are used and mediation analyzes are performed. The results reveal a complete mediation between the sense of community and the relationship between supervisors’ support and teachers’ psychological well-being at work. These results enrich the scientific literature and highlight the importance of developing a virtual community within school teams.
