摘要

本文报告一例30岁男性患者“腰痛1年，加重2个月”。进行实验室检查、影像学检查及肾活检病理分析。诊断为高原肾综合征合并IgA肾病。经优化支持疗法配合高原疾病特异性药物治疗后，患者病情明显好转。本病例为类似病例的诊治提供参考。

A Case of High-Altitude Renal Syndrome Mainly Manifested as IgA Nephropathy.
