The patient was diagnosed with high-altitude renal syndrome complicated by IgA nephropathy. After treatment with optimized supportive therapy combined with specific drugs for high-altitude diseases, the patient's condition improved significantly. A Case of High-Altitude Renal Syndrome Mainly Manifested as IgA Nephropathy.
This article reports a case of a 30-year-old male patient with "low back pain for 1 year, aggravated for 2 months."
