In addition, the membrane material exists low blood compatibility, causing the formation of thrombosis. Therefore, the membrane material with high gas permeability and blood compatibility are urgently needed. This paper summarizes the membrane development process, preparation method, and modification method. Preparation and modification of membranes for extracorporeal membrane oxygenator: A review
