摘要

体外膜氧合(Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, ECMO)已经发展了近70年,是目前治疗心肺衰竭、继续维持生命的主要技术。气体交换膜作为ECMO系统的核心部件,目前存在气体渗透性低、等离子体泄漏的问题。此外,膜材料存在低血液相容性,导致血栓形成。因此,迫切需要具有高透气性和血液相容性的膜材料。本文综述了膜的开发过程、制备方法和改性方法。为人工肺膜的制备和涂层改性提供了新的思路。
