GEPIA3: Enhanced drug sensitivity and interaction network analysis for cancer research.
The GEPIA series has provided robust and widely used tools for pan-cancer analysis of gene expression data. In the post-genomic era, a major challenge lies in deconvoluting complex regulatory relationship influenced by multiple factors and discovering gene-based precision therapeutics. Here we present GEPIA3, an advanced version of GEPIA that provides a comprehensive analysis of gene/protein interactions across various cancer types. This version facilitates the investigation of treatment sensitivity utilizing both real-world patient data and cell line screens for over 1000 therapeutic agents, as well as the integration of RNA alterations derived from the pan-cancer analysis of whole genomes project. GEPIA3 represents a significant enhancement of the original platform, enabling in-depth exploration of gene regulation and cancer phenotypes, thereby supporting the identification of novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets. 期刊介绍:
Nucleic Acids Research (NAR) is a scientific journal that publishes research on various aspects of nucleic acids and proteins involved in nucleic acid metabolism and interactions. It covers areas such as chemistry and synthetic biology, computational biology, gene regulation, chromatin and epigenetics, genome integrity, repair and replication, genomics, molecular biology, nucleic acid enzymes, RNA, and structural biology. The journal also includes a Survey and Summary section for brief reviews. Additionally, each year, the first issue is dedicated to biological databases, and an issue in July focuses on web-based software resources for the biological community. Nucleic Acids Research is indexed by several services including Abstracts on Hygiene and Communicable Diseases, Animal Breeding Abstracts, Agricultural Engineering Abstracts, Agbiotech News and Information, BIOSIS Previews, CAB Abstracts, and EMBASE.
