At presentation, the exam was significant for bilateral hyphema, elevated intraocular pressure, and significant microcystic edema. Gonioscopy revealed neovascularization of the anterior segment. Multimodal imaging revealed intraretinal hemorrhages without neovascular retinopathy, metastases, or carotid occlusive disease.
