A total of 146 Syrian pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria participated in the study. The sociodemographic information form and the Prenatal Care Satisfaction Scale were used as data collection tools.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The rate of those who received prenatal care from a midwife/nurse is 80.1% and those who received less than 4 prenatal care was 89.7%. The most common reason for not receiving adequate prenatal care was lack of information with a rate of 39.7%. The mean score of the PCSS was 73.39 ± 14.78.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The study findings indicate that lack of information is one of the major barriers to healthcare access for migrant pregnant women.
