Examined group consists of 30 infertile women undergoing assisted reproductive technologies. The main group consisted of 20 women diagnosed with endometriosis undergoing assisted reproductive technologies. The control group consisted of 10 healthy women.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Results: In the main group, the level of IL1β mRNA gene expression before preparing was 26.7877±0.01, which was significantly higher than the level after preparing (0.1610±0.01* ).
