Patients in the combined training group received pelvic floor muscle training combined with lung rehabilitation training, and patients in the lung function training group received lung rehabilitation training. Forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in the first second/FVC (FEV1/FVC) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) were evaluated before and after intervention to analyze the improvement of lung function. 摘要

目的:探讨盆底肌联合肺康复训练对老年粗隆间骨折患者膈肌功能和肺功能的影响。方法:采用随机对照单盲方法,选择北京小汤山医院老年粗隆间骨折患者50例,采用随机数字表法分为联合训练组(实验组,n = 25)和肺功能训练组(对照组,n = 25)。联合训练组患者接受盆底肌训练联合肺康复训练,肺功能训练组患者接受肺康复训练。评估干预前后用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气量/FVC (FEV1/FVC)和呼气峰流量(PEF),分析干预前后肺功能的改善情况。采用膈肌增厚分数(DTF)和膈肌偏移(DE)观察膈肌功能的改善情况。结果:干预4周后,两组患者肺功能、膈肌功能较干预前改善有显著差异,但联合训练组患者FVC、FEV1/FVC、PEF、DTF、de改善更为显著。盆底肌联合肺功能训练对老年粗隆间骨折患者术后膈肌功能的改善更为显著,从而影响患者肺功能。
