Many medications have been linked to drug induced AIH. A review of the literature reveals no documented association between Eltrombopag and AIH. Eltrombopag is a thrombopoietin receptor agonist used to help manage thrombocytopenia in immune mediated thrombocytopenia and chronic liver disease.
