The integration of exosomes into cancer therapeutics represents a novel and potentially transformative approach for treating digestive system tumors, which may drive further progress in this field. This review comprehensively examines the sources, loading mechanisms, and therapeutic efficacy of exosomes in the context of digestive system tumor treatment.
