SPSS 22.0 software package was used for statistical analysis of the data.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>One month after treatment, there was no significant difference in comfort, edge fit, color matching and surface texture between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05). The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in adjacency contact, secondary caries prevention and gingival status (P<0.05). After treatment,gingival index and plaque buildup, gingival sulcus bleeding index, the degree of gum health improvement of loose tooth in the experimental group were significantly better than in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05). 摘要

目的:探讨椅侧计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制造(CAD/CAM)冠修复技术治疗后牙缺损的效果及其对咀嚼能力的影响。方法:选择2023年6月~ 2024年5月治疗的98例后牙缺损患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(传统硅橡胶印模冠修复)和试验组(椅侧CAD/CAM冠修复)。比较两组患者治疗前后的修复效果、咀嚼效率、咬合力、牙周指数、并发症发生率及患者满意度。采用SPSS 22.0软件包对数据进行统计分析。结果:治疗1个月后,实验组与对照组在舒适度、边缘贴合度、颜色匹配度、表面纹理等方面差异均无统计学意义(P < 0.05)。实验组在邻接接触、继发龋预防及牙龈状况方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组松动牙的牙龈指数及菌斑堆积、牙龈沟出血指数、牙龈健康改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P < 0.05)。实验组修复满意度为96.15%,显著高于对照组的86.96% (P<0.05)。结论:椅侧CAD/CAM冠修复技术在治疗后牙缺损患者中具有良好的应用价值,可以显著提高修复效果,提高咀嚼能力,有效抑制牙龈炎症和牙菌斑的产生,降低牙龈出血和牙齿松动的风险,显著提高患者的满意度。
