This review provides a comprehensive analysis of recent innovations in drug delivery strategies designed to optimize Bedaquiline's efficacy and improve MDR-TB treatment outcomes. Through a systematic examination of various delivery systems, including nanotechnology and formulation advancements, we explore their potential in addressing drug solubility and bioavailability challenges.
