Common complications such as recurrent urinary tract infections are examined alongside non-surgical interventions like intermittent catheterization (CIC) and pharmacotherapy, notably oxybutynin. Additionally, surgical options including botulinum toxin injection and reconstructive procedures are explored to enhance urological outcomes for affected children.
