We analyzed chromosomes of four species of East Asian dobsonflies (Megaloptera: Corydalidae): Protohermesgrandis (Thunberg, 1781), P.immaculatus Kuwayama, 1964, P.disjunctus Liu, Hayashi et Yang, 2007 and P.costalis (Walker, 1853).
