Similarly, pancreatic surgery for neuroendocrine tumors often exacerbates glycemic disturbances. The management of secondary diabetes requires a multidisciplinary approach that includes treating the underlying endocrine disorder, tailoring antidiabetic therapy, and optimizing nutritional strategies to mitigate metabolic disruptions.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Diabetes secondary to endocrinopathies presents unique challenges due to its complex etiology and the metabolic effects of treatments.
