Phytochemical investigation on roots extract of Leuzea uniflora (L.) Holub led to the isolation of two novel ecdysteroids, 11α-hydroxy-25R-inokosterone (1) and 11α-hydroxy-24R, 25 R-amarasterone A (2), along with 20 known constituents. The structures of novel compounds were confirmed by NMR and ECD spectroscopy.
