Case Image: Secondary Interventional Closure of Dislodged Patent Foramen Ovale Occluder: A Successful Management.

Occurrence of patent foramen ovale occluder dislodgment is uncommon. Our patient had a unique mix of an atrial septal aneurysm and widened aortic sinus, rendering it a challenging high-risk complex patent foramen ovale.
