Hyaline cartilage cells' polymorphism was demonstrated as a result of the performed forensic cytological study. The high sensitivity of method was confirmed, the indicators of optic density and total IgG concentration were determined, as well as the optimal values of minimal and maximal calibration samples were identified using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
