Moreover, pure water flux experiments and analysis of mazut/water emulsion separation were carried out using an ultrafiltration setup. The results showed that with the addition of the synthesized Uio6-NH2 to the membrane composition some of the membrane properties such as porosity, pore size, hydrophilicity, and pure water flux were enhanced. However, this ascending trend in the membrane properties was observed with an increase in the Uio66-NH2 loading up to 0.2 wt% compared to the pure membrane. These findings suggest that incorporating Uio66-NH2 into the PVC matrix improved the membrane properties and enhanced the efficiency of mazut/water emulsion separation. 摘要

本研究的目的是制备具有合理润湿性的含有Uio6-NH2金属-有机骨架(MOF)的聚氯乙烯(PVC)混合基质膜,用于处理水/水溶液。采用水热法合成Uio66-NH2颗粒,分别以0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4的质量比使用。通过FESEM、XRD、FTIR、BET和拉伸测试对样品的形貌、物相分析、官能团评价、孔隙率和机械强度进行了测定。利用超滤装置进行了纯水通量实验,并对乳浊液/水乳状液的分离进行了分析。结果表明,合成的Uio6-NH2加入到膜的组成中,提高了膜的孔隙率、孔径、亲水性和纯水通量等性能。然而,与纯膜相比,Uio66-NH2负载增加了0.2 wt%,膜性能呈上升趋势。结果表明,在PVC基质中掺入Uio66-NH2可以改善膜的性能,提高乳浊液/水乳状液的分离效率。与纯膜相比,PVC-MOF0.2膜具有较高的过滤效率和较短的分离时间。
