本文以2013 - 2022年中国a股上市公司数据为研究样本，探讨知识产权保护、数字化治理与企业数字化转型之间的关系。研究发现：知识产权保护促进了企业的数字化转型；数字治理促进企业数字化转型；知识产权保护促进企业创新，从而促进企业数字化转型；数字治理提高政府透明度，促进企业数字化转型；数字治理对知识产权保护与企业数字化转型之间的关系具有正向调节作用，且这种调节作用在东、中、西部地区呈现异质性。
