Seven self-report scales were used to collect data between June and December 2023. Structural equation modeling was employed for data analysis.</div></div><div><h3>Discussion</h3><div>Stress, PWB, practice environment, resilience, and job satisfaction positively influenced acculturation. Social support and resilience were positively associated with job satisfaction. Background
