A case of lyme lymphocytic meningoradiculitis

Lyme disease is the most common tick-borne disease in the United States. Although 15 % of untreated cases develop neurological signs and symptoms but where occurs, it can be life-threatening or at least incapacitating. Here we report a rare case of Lyme lymphocytic meningoradiculitis in a patient with no travel history to Europe.
