This paper takes the Shandong F section SH project as an example and constructs the risk evaluation index system of SH O&amp;M stage. Then, by empowering with the hierarchical analysis method, this paper evaluates the management risk of the O&amp;M stage by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and proposes risk response measures. The results show that the overall management of SH O&amp;M in the Shandong F section is in the medium risk, in which the business risk and the smart management risk are large, the green risk and the natural environment risk are in the medium level, and the financial risk is small. 摘要

智能公路在实现交通强国战略中具有重要作用,而运维管理对保障智能公路安全稳定运行起着决定性作用。本文以山东F段智能公路项目为例,构建智能公路运维阶段风险评价指标体系。然后,运用层次分析法,运用模糊综合评价法对企业运营管理阶段的管理风险进行评价,并提出风险应对措施。研究结果表明,山东F段住房管理总体处于中等风险水平,其中经营风险和智能管理风险较大,绿色风险和自然环境风险处于中等水平,财务风险较小。研究结果可以帮助企业有效应对森林健康管理过程中面临的风险挑战,促进森林健康的可持续发展。
