Antimicrobial and Cytotoxic Activity of Imidazole and Thiazole Analogs of Polycarpine and Polycarpaurine C
Analogs of the alkaloids polycarpine and polycarpaurine C, metabolites of marine ascidians of the genus Polycarpa, were synthesized. Their cytotoxic and antimicrobial activities were comparatively analyzed.
