Primitive two-dimensional prime-universality of quadratic forms
In this paper we give a local description of quadratic forms that primitively represent all binary forms with specific Jordan decompositions over the odd ring . As an application of the local results, we prove a result related to a two-dimensional generalization of primitive prime-universality.
