In this review, we comprehensively cover studies on <em>Pseudotsuga</em> species, comprising isolated compounds and their potential biological activities. The present review demonstrates that <em>Pseudotsuga</em> species exhibit a wide spectrum of pharmacological activities, largely attributed to the activities of terpenoids, flavonoids, and phenolics.
