The findings indicate that differential nicotinamide metabolism-related key genes are expressed in liver cancer samples. The liver cancer samples were put into separate subgroups using consistency clustering analysis based on differential gene expression levels observed. Additionally, immune infiltration and drug sensitivity analysis also revealed differences between the two subgroups. Survival analysis suggested that the key genes were associated with prognosis. Finally, a prognostic model was established using the key genes, offering a fresh viewpoint on the molecular mechanism investigating liver cancer.
