The efficiency of this method in finding homogeneous, stable and efficient thin films using a simple low-cost method is revealed. The films show high single crystallinity with a cubic perovskite structure with lattice constant of 4.187 Å. These films show good optical transmittance in the visible range, with an indirect bandgap of 4.04 V.
