She was treated with bevacizumab, with a minor inflammatory response that resolved with topical steroids. After 6 weeks, the macular edema recurred and a 2<sup>nd</sup> dose of bevacizumab was indicated, with a severe inflammatory reaction that resolved with periocular steroids and topical NSAIDs.
