本文报告1例青藏高原高原心脏病患者反复出现胸闷、呼吸短促症状6年，但被误诊为慢性肺源性心脏病。通过胸部计算机断层扫描、肺动脉造影、肺功能检查和病史检查诊断平台性心脏病。通过对本病例的详细分析和鉴别诊断，旨在区分高原心脏病和高原慢性肺源性心脏病，以期在今后该病的诊治上取得新的突破。
