This paper summarizes the progress in the conservation and exploitation of large yellow croaker germplasm resources and germplasm innovation. 大黄鱼是中国海鱼养殖产量最高的品种之一。种质资源是大黄鱼养殖业健康可持续发展不可缺少的物质基础。系统地开展大黄鱼种质资源的收集保存、鉴定评价和种质创新具有重要意义。综述了大黄鱼种质资源保护与开发及种质创新的研究进展。围绕大黄鱼种质资源保护和优良品种创制的主线,提出了培育具有抗病、抗逆性、品质、饲料利用效率等复杂经济性状的重要新品种的发展方向。为实现大黄鱼良种覆盖率的显著提高和大黄鱼产业的健康发展提供了理论支持。
