摘要

目的：检验西班牙语版社会工作中的人权参与（CDHTS-25）量表的有效性，并开发一个缩略版（CDHTS-8），在社会工作从业者由于工作和官僚机构超载而没有时间的研究情况下可能有用，并纳入大型调查或纵向设计。方法：采用在线调查的方式收集来自不同干预领域的481名持牌西班牙社会工作者的数据。结果：探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析支持CDHTS-25的有效性，具有足够的拟合指标和信度。CDHTS-8量表的验证具有内部一致性和良好的重测信度，量表与社会公正和人的价值观的测量具有显著的相关性。讨论：CDHTS-25和CDHTS-8直接适用于社会工作实践，可以衡量社会工作者对人权的参与程度。
