Besides, the life satisfaction of the participants was positively correlated with self-care ability and negatively correlated with the level of loneliness.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The psychosocial needs of older adults might be evaluated, and social support systems might be enhanced within the context of primary healthcare services. 目的:探讨老年人生活满意度、自我照顾能力与孤独感的关系。材料和方法:本描述性相关研究对居住在北塞浦路斯的65岁及以上的自愿参与者进行。数据收集采用个人信息表、老年人孤独感量表、生活满意度量表、自理能力量表。结果:老年人生活满意度和自理能力处于中等水平,孤独感处于可接受水平。此外,生活满意度与生活自理能力正相关,与孤独感负相关。结论:在初级卫生保健服务的背景下,老年人的社会心理需求可以得到评估,社会支持系统可以得到加强。此外,考虑到多学科方法的重要性,护士可以在规划老年护理中发挥有效的作用。
