The patient successfully underwent transcatheter aortic valve replacement via the transapical approach. Postoperatively, the patient developed complete left bundle branch block, leading to decreased left ventricular function. Despite guideline-directed medical therapy for heart failure, the cardiac function did not significantly improve. At 4.5 months post-surgery, the patient underwent left bundle branch pacing, which resulted in a marked improvement in cardiac function.</p>","PeriodicalId":24007,"journal":{"name":"Zhejiang da xue xue bao.
