Furthermore, the anterior commissure of the pigs could be smoothly resected, with the resection range reaching the thyroid cartilage plate, and there were no difficulties in resection due to obstruction by the laryngoscope. No intraoperative or postoperative complications occurred.</p><p><strong>Conclusions and significance: </strong>The study demonstrates the feasibility and safety of using a flxible laryngoscope combined with a dual-wavelength laser for porcine anterior commissure resection.
