Only one similar case was found in the reviewed literature. 本文报告一例罕见的桥本甲状腺炎合并原发性弥漫性大b细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）和甲状腺乳头状癌（PTC）的病例。患者于兰州大学第二医院甲状腺外科就诊。患者行甲状腺全切除术后恢复良好，出院。2年随访未见明显异常。原发性甲状腺DLBCL与HT的共存是罕见的，PTC的同时存在是非常罕见的。在文献综述中仅发现一例类似病例。本文报告了这一独特的病例，并强调了超声在这种情况下的诊断效果。
