The scale consists of 18 items and three subdimensions: \"Supportive Care and Information Support,\" \"Achieving Professional Standards of Care and Effective Communication,\" and \"Health Promotion.\" The scale explained 61% of the total variance. All goodness-of-fit indices indicated an acceptable fit between the model and the sample data. The overall Cronbach's α reliability coefficient was 0.91.
