Glyptotendipes pallens (Meigen, 1804)是监测淡水生态系统的重要生物指标。尽管用COI条形码进行了分析,但该分类群的有丝分裂基因组仍未组装和分析。在这项研究中,我们首次提供了一个新测序的淡纹田鼠有丝分裂全基因组。有丝分裂基因组全长16063 bp, A + T含量高,由13个蛋白编码基因、22个tRNA基因、2个rRNA基因和1个非编码控制区组成。系统发育分析有力地支持了淡纹田鼠和tokunagai田鼠为姐妹种。
