On follow-up at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months, clinical and radiographic evidence revealed signs of periapical healing, arrested root resorption, and periodontal reattachment. The inclusion of cone beam computed tomography plays a crucial role in diagnosis, decision-making, and treatment planning and thus successful management of such cases having Endodontic-Periodontal involvement.
