摘要

目的：报告2例胎镜下所罗门技术治疗双胎输血综合征后胎盘破裂的病例。方法：对2例妊娠中期诊断为TTTS的患者进行分析。随后成功行胎儿镜SOLOMON手术。结果：妊娠晚期行剖宫产术确认胎盘破裂。所有的胎儿都存活了下来。2例患者均无严重的产妇并发症，但有1例出现产后出血（PPH）。结论：所罗门技术可能进一步导致胎盘破裂，导致胎儿死亡和产后出血的危险，应引起高度重视。
