The minimum inversion temperature of spacetime is obtained, and the inversion curve and isoenthalpy curve are drawn. As a thermodynamic system, the results show that spacetime also has similar thermodynamic properties to VdW (Van der Waals) system. The effect of spatiotemporal parameters on phase transition is analyzed, which makes us have a deeper understanding of the physical meaning of spatiotemporal parameters. The conclusions will provide some help for people to deeply explore the thermodynamic characteristics of dS spacetime and to understand the basic properties of black hole gravity. 基于弦云和精质云带电德西特黑洞的时空等效热力学量,研究了黑洞的相变和焦耳-汤姆逊过程。得到了时空的最小反演温度,并绘制了反演曲线和等焓曲线。结果表明,作为一个热力学系统,时空也具有与VdW (Van der Waals)系统相似的热力学性质。分析了时空参数对相变的影响,使我们对时空参数的物理意义有了更深的理解。这些结论将为人们深入探索dS时空的热力学特征和理解黑洞引力的基本性质提供一定的帮助。这对量子引力的建立也有非常重要的价值。
