目的:探讨生理盐水在测定LD50剂量后对妊娠期胚胎早期发育的影响,记录鸡胚心脏心电图,并进行心脏组织病理切片,以确定是否适合孕妇使用。患者与方法:材料与方法:新颖的胚胎心电图、视力记录及42小时发育的组织病理学研究,可为胚胎妊娠最初几个月的确切危害及猝死原因提供支持。结论:生理盐水对鸡胚发育有不良影响,特别是对心脏和静脉有不良影响,可导致猝死,孕妇在怀孕前4个月或怀孕前不宜使用。
