摘要

背景与目的:探讨职业使命、职业认同和工作倦怠对手术室护士离职意愿的连锁中介作用。方法:采用方便抽样法对山东省12家医院744名手术室护士进行问卷调查。本研究采用一般信息问卷、职业使命量表、职业认同量表、工作倦怠量表和离职意向量表构建并检验了连锁中介模型。结果:职业使命通过职业认同和工作倦怠显著影响离职倾向,总间接效应为-0.174。职业认同与工作倦怠的连锁中介效应为-0.028,占间接效应总量的16.90%。结论:职业认同、工作倦怠在职业使命与离职倾向之间的多重中介作用得到了验证。护理管理者应注重增强护士的专业使命感,提高护士的职业认同感,减少护士的工作倦怠,以降低手术室护士的离职意愿。
