Three edible mushrooms (Lentinula edodes, Grifola frondosa, and Pleurotus ostreatus), which are known for their nutritional and medicinal properties, are paired with typical Sicilian products and used for the preparation of a menu consisting of an appetizer, a first and second course, pre-dessert, and dessert.
