Evidence also points to systemic disparities in healthcare delivery and treatment allocation, further exacerbating undertreatment of dyslipidemia among women. While LDL-C lowering remains a cornerstone of CVD prevention, women face distinct challenges in achieving lipid goals due to biological, clinical, and healthcare disparities.
