Currently, there are many reports of increasing multidrug resistance (MDR) <i>K. pneumoniae</i> showing including carbapenems, extended spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL), and fluoroquinolones.</p><p><strong>Aim: </strong>The purpose of this study was to determine the antibiotic resistance pattern and the presence of multidrug resistance <i>K. pneumoniae</i> isolates isolated from duck cloacal swabs taken from duck farms in three different sub-districts, namely Paras sub-district, Karang Turi sub-district, and Tembelang sub-district, Jombang district.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>This study used 180 duck cloaca swab samples and analyzed for the presence of <i>K. pneumoniae</i> using standard microbiology techniques.
